OCC Watercolouring - Day 7

Well....this certainly took a long time! However, it was fun, and maybe with practice, I'll get faste.! My first try was a bust, but after the excellent videos today, I was inspired to "get back on the horse"! I fiddled way too much with this one, but am pleased with the end result. I still have to put a sentiment on it, and make it into a card, but I must admit I kind of like it the way it is...for now. Stamp is PTI, and all inks are Distress Inks. (It is not quite this bright in real life!)

    It looks like there's a hint of orange (wild honey?) on the petals that's just gorgeous.

    Very pretty! I, too, spent a lot of time on my rose image. I almost overworked it. Had to stop myself! I love the technique though!
