Make it Monday #229: Fabric Strip Christmas Trees

Melissa showed us how to make these Christmas Trees, (seen here). She used hers on a card, but I made them into ornaments for my granddaughters. I used cinnamon sticks for the trunks, and some fabric I had on hand. I like the bells for ornaments, but I'm not sure the red gems added anything good to them... But they're on now, and I am NOT going to redo these! Doing these fussy bows and knots is difficult! My hat goes off to Melissa, who does all of these things to perfection!

  2. Adorable! Love them on cinnamon sticks and I love the jingle bells! The red gems look fine and will sparkle when the lights hit them. So pretty! I was thinking of making really small ones as lapel pins, probably put them on cinnamon sticks too. Merry Merry ;)
